Terry Gobbo, Certified Real Estate Appraiser

Terry, a Tulsa native, began her career in San Jose, CA in 1977. She returned to Tulsa in 1997 to continue her Real Estate Career and build The Gobbo Group in 2000. Terry is a dynamic individual with an outstanding drive to meet the needs of her clients. Her vision to create a group to support her service has just begun, it includes not only listing the property and finding the buyer, but it will grow to include obtaining the financing and completing the closing.

Jonathan Gobbo, Buyer Specialist/Associate

Jonathan has just finished his first full year with The Gobbo Group! Jonathan did very well his first year in the business while also finishing his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Oklahoma State University.  Jonathan's youth and excitement brings a vibrant energy that is felt by all in The Gobbo Group, allowing everyone to feed off of it.  The future looks very bright for this young man and The Gobbo Group!
Cheryl Nelms, Transaction Coordinator/Associate

Cheryl is the glue that keeps The Gobbo Group together. She makes sure all the "T's" are crossed and all the "I's" dotted for each contract. Her background as a math professor at Tulsa Community College is evident in how she meticulously puts together each file for Terry and Jonathan. Cheryl is also a licensed Realtor allowing her to go over prices and aspects of the contract that a normal Coordinator would not be able to.
Christina V. Marketing Director/Finances

Christina joined The Gobbo Group late in 2007 to help with things as Terry went in for surgery. Terry and the gang decided that The Gobbo Group was doing so well in 2008 that it was best for Christina to stay on as a part-time employee. She helps keep track of all the finances and also comes in to make sure all the marketing materials are sent out on time and to who they need to go. You can thank her if you are one of our past clients and enjoy receiving all the wonderful materials that The Gobbo Group sends out.
